Mott 32 Bangkok, the renowned Modern Chinese restaurant beloved by enthusiasts of Cantonese cuisine at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon, unveils its newest culinary offering, “Sip Sum, Dim Sum,” A leisurely weekend experience that invites you to sip, savour, and relax over a gently unhurried meal. Launching 23 May 2026, designed as an elevated take on the beloved dim sum ritual, the experience brings together a refined selection of handcrafted delicacies, prepared fresh to order and served free‑flow, accompanied by a five‑course set menu and optional Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label Champagne.
Guests can expect delicate steamed parcels filled with rich flavour with remarkable juiciness such as Soft Quail Egg, Pork and Black Truffle; Seafood Dumplings crowned with Caviar; silky Shanghainese Pork Soup Dumplings; and pillowy Chicken Bao with Mushroom and Salt Egg Yolk. For those who favour crisp textures, highlights include the Peking Duck Spring Roll; Wagyu Beef Spring Rolls with Avocado; and Wok-Fried Turnip Cake with XO Sauce, offering contemporary interpretations of classic favourites.
Not to be missed are baked treats such as the Signature Pineapple Bun with BBQ Iberico Pork and Deep‑Fried Glutinous Dumplings with Roast Duck. Beyond the unlimited dim sum, chefs will present a curated five‑course set menu featuring the soup of the day, a starter, main course (with vegetarian options available), a rice or noodle dish, and dessert.
From relaxed meals with friends and family to special celebratory moments, Mott 32 introduces an exclusive incentive: groups of four or more will enjoy 50% savings on the restaurant’s Signature Peking Duck or Iberico Pork, making it an ideal setting for indulgent weekend lunches.
The experience is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. Pricing is THB 2,100++ per adult and THB 1,050++ per child (6–12 years). To complement the feast, guests may select the Standard Beverage Package at THB 1,500++ per person, or elevate the occasion with the Premium Beverage Package at THB 2,800++ per person, featuring two hours of free‑flow Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label Champagne.
