The two styles to enjoy this fish are:
– Steamed with Superior Soya Sauce
– Steamed with Chopped Garlic and Glass Noodles in Superior Soya Sauce
Turbot is an excellent source of protein, selenium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, iron and phosphorous. The firm white meat has a large flake and an excellent mild flavour. It also has a moist, succulent and smooth texture that melts in your mouth!
