Park Hyatt Bangkok Presents Thai Contemporary Art in Collaboration with NOVA Contemporary and Artist Prae Pupityastaporn

Park Hyatt Bangkok reinforces its commitment to fine art as a key pillar of the hotel with a new long-term exhibition in collaboration with NOVA Contemporary, featuring works by acclaimed Thai artist Prae Pupityastaporn. On view throughout the hotel’s public spaces from 5 April to 30 June 2026, the exhibition highlights the hotel’s dedication to supporting local artistic talent while offering guests an intimate and culturally enriching experience.

At Park Hyatt, fine art is thoughtfully curated and seamlessly integrated into intimate, residential-style spaces, creating moments of quiet discovery and reflection. This collaboration with NOVA Contemporary, a Bangkok-based gallery known for fostering contemporary discourse rooted in Thailand’s cultural heritage brings a refined artistic perspective into the hotel environment.

Prae Pupityastaporn is a Thai artist with an international background and growing global recognition, including a feature in The New York Times. Educated in Germany and exhibited across Asia and Europe, her work explores the intersection of Thai identity and broader cultural narratives, positioning her practice within an increasingly global context.

The exhibition presents five selected paintings from Prae’s contemplative body of work. Natural elements, such as moons and night skies, are juxtaposed with subtle interior details, including curtains and domestic fixtures. Through this interplay, her compositions balance the expansive with the intimate, inviting viewers into scenes that are both quietly surreal and closely observed.

Installed throughout the hotel’s public spaces, the artworks create moments of pause within the guest journey. Shifts in light, atmosphere and perspective evoke a sense of calm and introspection, in harmony with Park Hyatt Bangkok’s design philosophy.

Guests and visitors are invited to explore the exhibition at their own pace within the hotel’s serene interiors. Selected artworks are available for acquisition, with enquiries facilitated by Park Hyatt Bangkok and managed directly by NOVA Contemporary.
