Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel invites you to ride the royal sleigh this festive season with Legacy in White — a celebration inspired by the hotel’s “From Memory to Legacy” narrative and the childhood portrait of King Rama VI. Rooted in royal heritage and the historic land upon which Anantara Siam proudly stands, Legacy in White is more than a festive celebration; it is a reflection of time and tradition, honouring the hotel’s transformation, renewal, and the spirit of timeless Thai elegance — where every light rekindles a memory and every moment becomes a legacy.
On 11th December, Legacy in White begins with the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and a glance into our transformation. Guests are invited to ring in the season with our Heritage Tree Lighting, a masterpiece created in collaboration with INTHAI Studio, a Bangkok-based creative collective renowned for reinterpreting Thai heritage crafts through modern design and sustainable materials. This year’s Legacy Christmas Tree embodies the essence of artistry, community, and renewal — drawing inspiration from the Grand Staircase mural by national artist Paiboon Suwannakudt, whose painted songbirds and intricate Thai motifs tell timeless stories of faith and celebration. These motifs are brought to life as three-dimensional art pieces — handwoven, gilded, and rich in texture — meticulously crafted from bamboo by local artisan groups: Bamboo Weaving Artisans from Udon Thani and Bamboo & Ceramic Weaving Artisans from Sa Kaeo.
The patterns — Star Anise, Crystal Bead Flower, Wave, and Herringbone — symbolise continuity, unity, and the rhythm of Thai craftsmanship. Golden swallows, recreated from bamboo and brass sheets, soar across the tree as symbols of freedom, blessings, and the enduring spirit of togetherness, linking the mural’s artistic legacy with modern sustainability. Through this collaboration, Anantara Siam not only honours Thailand’s artistic heritage but also empowers rural artisan communities, generating sustainable income while preserving ancestral craftsmanship for future generations.
The evening will also offer a first glimpse into our transformation, inviting guests to explore the hotel’s newly revitalised Pool and Fitness Centre — a serene reflection of a true urban wellness sanctuary. Adding to the night’s enchantment, a special live performance by Keng Tachaya, celebrated for his distinctive Thai sound and captivating stage presence from The Voice Thailand, will be one of the main highlights of the celebration.
Continuing the celebration of Thai artistry, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel partners with Kanyakim Studio, a renowned illustrator known for whimsical, character-driven storytelling rooted in Thai culture. Together, they will launch a limited-edition LINE Sticker Set titled Anantara Siam’s Tale, inspired by the hotel’s From Memory to Legacy transformation, bringing to life its beloved icons — from the Grand Staircase mural and lotus ponds to team members who embody the warmth of Thai hospitality.
Rendered in Kanyakim’s playful, hand-illustrated style, each sticker is both a collectible work of art and an expression of contemporary Thai creativity. All proceeds from the Anantara Siam and Kanyakim Studio LINE Sticker Set will be donated to a charity supporting initiatives that provide food and nourishment to children in need. This collaboration transforms creativity into compassion — allowing guests and followers to celebrate Thai artistry while contributing to a meaningful cause.
Festive hamper and goodies – Celebrate Christmas with Anantara Siam’s luxurious festive hampers, perfect for sharing seasonal joy with loved ones. Each hamper is filled with gourmet delights — from handcrafted chocolates and cookies to artisanal honey and jams — thoughtfully curated to capture the spirit of giving. This year’s collection includes the popular Advent Calendar and the new highlight, Siam Chocolate, a collaboration with world-renowned Chef Nouel Catis, who redefines dessert culture once again after his viral Pistachio Kunafa Chocolate in the Middle East. Home Sweet Home: Gingerbread Magic – Every weekend in December until 21st December, young guests can unleash their imagination at the Gingerbread House Decorating Workshop. A White Christmas Afternoon Tea – From 1st December through to the 15th January 2026, celebrate the season with a festive twist on a timeless tradition at Anantara Siam’s Lobby. Enjoy delicate pastries, freshly baked scones, and artisanal teas presented with a touch of holiday magic.
