Firefly x OXBO Meet SEEN for One Night Behind the Bar

Mart joins from Firefly Bangkok at Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok, a bar recognised by Asia’s 50 Best Bars for its thoughtful approach to cocktail making. At OXBO Bangkok, Gilang Pangestu brings his own style to the bar, with cocktails that are expressive, playful and centred around flavour. Together, the two bartenders will bring their different approaches to one bar, creating a menu that reflects both their individual styles.

The evening will feature cocktails developed exclusively for THE TAKEOVER, giving guests the chance to experience the techniques and flavours that define Firefly and OXBO in one setting. Behind the bar, Mart and Gilang will take turns showcasing their creations, while DJ music and views across the Chao Phraya River and Bangkok skyline set the scene for the night.

More than a guest shift, THE TAKEOVER is a meeting of two bartenders with different perspectives and a shared passion for pushing cocktail culture forward. It is an opportunity to discover what happens when two Bangkok bars bring their own ideas to the same bar for one night.

THE TAKEOVER: Mixologist Night takes place on Thursday, 3 September 2026, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at SEEN Restaurant & Bar, 26th floor of Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel. Entry is free. Guests are invited to drop by for cocktails, music and a night above the Chao Phraya River, with Mart and Gilang behind the bar for one night only.
