When Mexico meets Thailand, things can get deliciously interesting
What do you get when the bold flavours of Mexico meet the spice, depth and character of Thai cuisine? Find out at Mexican Gala Night at Saffron Grill, where two very different culinary traditions come together for one evening — and, hopefully, get along rather well.
The five-course menu takes a few unexpected turns, from Carabinero Tostada and Barramundi with Mole Verde to Angus Beef Short Rib with Massaman Mole. Mexican flavours take the lead, while familiar Thai ingredients and ideas bring their own twist to the plate.
And this is dinner with a bit more going on than what arrives from the kitchen. As the evening gets underway, Mexican Bello will bring Mexican entertainment to the room, adding music, movement and plenty of colour to the occasion.
