From now until 31 May 2026, visitors are invited to indulge in an exceptional fruit experience featuring more than 30 premium durian varieties alongside an extensive selection of seasonal fruits sourced from Thailand’s five major regions. Carefully harvested at their peak freshness and flavor, these premium-quality fruits are gathered in one destination for both local visitors and international tourists to enjoy.

Adding to the excitement, durian lovers can savor an exclusive “Durian Buffet,” offering unlimited servings of premium Monthong durian and a wide assortment of seasonal Thai fruits.

This collaboration reflects a strong partnership between the public and private sectors, including the Department of Agricultural Extension, the Horticultural Science Society of Thailand, community enterprises, Young Smart Farmer and Smart Farmer networks, as well as fruit growers nationwide. Guided by the concepts of Co-Creation and Creating Shared Value, the initiative aims to support sustainable long-term growth while reinforcing ICONSIAM’s commitment to generating positive economic and social impact alongside business success.

Beyond delivering the finest fruits directly to consumers at the best time of the year, the event also creates valuable opportunities for Thai farmers to connect directly with buyers, helping generate income, stimulate the agricultural economy, and further strengthen Thailand’s position as a world-class fruit producer admired by both Thai and international consumers.

At the opening ceremony of “SOOKSIAM Amazing Thai Fruits Paradise 2026,” Mr. Piyarat Tiyapairat, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, highlighted Thailand’s natural advantages in geography and climate, which contribute to the country’s rich agricultural diversity and enable the cultivation of world-renowned fruits across various regions.

He noted that Thailand’s fruit industry not only reflects the dedication and expertise of Thai farmers in maintaining high-quality and safe agricultural standards, but also plays a vital role in the nation’s economy through both domestic consumption and global exports. Thai fruits continue to gain recognition across Asia and international markets, creating employment opportunities, supporting farmers’ livelihoods, and driving sustainable agricultural development.

Under the concept “Sook Yok Suan… Thai Fruit Parade, Grown with Care, Served for You,” SOOKSIAM showcases more than 30 distinguished durian varieties sourced from the country’s finest orchards. Highlights include rare and highly sought-after cultivars such as Volcano Durian from Sisaket, known for its smooth texture and delicate aroma; Nok Yib Durian from Chanthaburi with its rich sweetness and creamy texture; Nuan Thong Chan, celebrated for its custard-like consistency and mild fragrance; and the aristocratic Kob Suwan variety originating from Nonthaburi.

The festival also features an exceptional collection of seasonal fruits from Thailand’s five regions, including:
