GINZA SIX transforms into a Christmas-themed world of wonder and imagination with the Reflection Eternal event. Original installations by YAR, a Tokyo-based creative collective, bring dreamlike artwork to the facility together with a Nujabes live tribute, a rooftop skating rink with a bespoke soundtrack, and much more.
Light, Music, and Motion in the Heart of Ginza
At GINZA SIX’s first-floor entrance (facing Chuo-dori, on the Ginza 4-chome side), YAR has placed a kinetic installation with accompanying key visuals inspired by Nujabes and his work, which evoke the spirit of the late musician. The endlessly turning sculpture gathers and refracts the city’s light, letting it flow gently in a soft harmony of movement.The installation’s design is meant to honor the legacy of Nujabes’ music.
A more sonic tribute to Nujabes takes the form of a signature playlist available via scannable QR codes on original YAR-designed stickers distributed at various GINZA SIX locations. Including selections of Nujabes’ works, these codes allow visitors to take home the seasonal atmosphere of Tokyo’s top shopping and cultural destination via Spotify or Apple Music. A memorable highlight of the event was ROOFTOP LIVE — GINZA SIX XMAS 2025, which featured live tribute performances with a holiday theme.

Reflection Eternal leverages GINZA SIX’s position as one of Tokyo’s largest commercial facilities and utilizes its rooftop garden as an urban oasis that enhances any campaign through its surroundings and ambiance.
