TIA Launches Wellness Channel To Bring Studio Offerings To More People
New YouTube Channel includes a range of activities like yoga, HIIT, and Breathwork classes
WELL with TIA, a new wellbeing channel by an award-winning resort launches this month. The new channel was created by TIA Wellness Resort to help guests on their health journey, after they return home, and to share the resort’s extensive class offering – from yoga to breathwork to HIIT – with a wider audience who would benefit from the practices.

Designed to slot in with peoples’ current schedules, sessions vary in length from a 10-minute cardio session for people on tight timetables to 60-minute vinyasa yoga classes each with a different focus, from balance to flexibility & mobility. The channel has launched with an array of classes and will be updated on a weekly basis. As the content builds some examples of sessions include: HIIT for beginners, 10-minute glutes builder, dynamic breathwork, breathwork for sleep, morning wake up yoga, yoga for back pain, core workout, and shoulder strengthening.

“We have seen an increased demand for our wellness activities over recent years and common feedback from our guests is that they want to continue at home, but they don’t have enough time to go to a studio or join a class,” explained Ramon Imper, general manager of TIA Wellness Resort. “We have even had guests who wanted to film our class so they could continue at home. We decided to make it easier and do it for them.”
The resort’s weekly wellness activity schedule will also be posted on the channel to help viewers follow a seven-day plan. Each day brings a new focus. The week starts with an active vinyasa practice with a hip-opening theme, followed by a breathwork session “Cultivate Coherence.” The HIIT session for Monday is a three-round dual circuit, and the first day of the week is rounded out with a gentle hatha yoga class focused on twisting.
TIA Wellness Resort caters to all levels of wellness enthusiasts from those looking to add a few treatments to their stay to others who wish to follow a full private retreat program. The resort currently offers two retreat options year-round with a third in the works. The Creative Healing Retreat, harnesses the power of breath, art, energy healing, and nourishing plant-based cuisine; and the Body & Mind Cleanse, focuses on intermittent fasting, raw food cuisine, detox therapies, and holistic wellbeing practices from sound healing to private yoga sessions.
Private retreat sessions, that are offered one-to-one at the resort, will also appear on the channel. Personalized home training plans, using sessions from WELL with TIA, will be shared before each retreat finishes so guests can continue at home. These private retreat workouts will also include isolated workouts designed to strengthen and tone different areas of the body.
