TIA Invites Rest and Radiance with New Wellness Bath Rituals

From a lavender latte and mugwort soak to local botanicals and detox tea, the resort’s new bath rituals suit every mood

TIA Wellness Resort is setting the stage for romance, rest, radiance and renewal with new comprehensive bath rituals that offer more than just oils and herbs in a tub. The carefully crafted rituals each feature optimal lighting, customized wellness drinks, infused bath water, and a tray of themed treats. A pre-bath treatment is also suggested so guests can make the most out of their soak.

The new bath rituals include Deep Slumber, Detox Harmony, Radiant Glow and Romance Bliss are available to guests for an additional VND 1,500,000 per bath.

“There are many trends in wellness that come and go but a relaxing soak in a tub has long been known to be beneficial,” said Ramon Imper, general manager of TIA Wellness Resort. “We’ve taken a simple yet effective wellness practice and elevated it into an experience that we hope guests will remember long after their holiday.”

A Soak for Sleep

For the hotel’s “Deep Slumber” bath ritual, sleep time preparation begins away from bed with the choice of relaxing massage in the resort’s wellness center. Therapies like the Himalayan Heart Stone and Deep Connection Remedy ease tension, release tight muscles and help relax the body. Upon return to the room, guests will find a soothing lavender-infused bath with lavender oil and flowers, Epsom salts (for magnesium) and dried mugwort (another natural remedy, like lavender, for easing anxiety and deepening sleep quality). The bath can be taken under the soft glow of candles or amber-toned lights, a color which is said to help signal to the brain it’s time to rest and boost melatonin. A relaxation tray near the bath features a lavender eye mask, one of the new sleep amenities that creates a more sleep-conducive environment. A Lavender Reishi Latte is also served. Reishi, a medicinal mushroom, promotes quality sleep and reduces stress.

A Deeply Cleansing Bath

The “Detox Harmony” bath looks to Vietnamese botanical wisdom for time in the tub that purifies skin, body and mind. The bath formula includes a Red Dao herbal blend (an ethnic minority in Vietnam known for their healing baths). The botanical mix features ten native forest herbs. Ginger, lemongrass and Himalayan pink salt are also added. A detox hot tea is also offered. The accompanying tray features several healthy treats including a spirulina detox shot and bliss balls. TIA’s lymphatic drainage therapy is suggested before the bath.

Relaxing into Radiance

The “Radiant Glow Bath” is a floral infusion designed for glowing skin. The bath water is infused with green tea, rose petals, Himalayan pink salt and raw honey and coconut milk. Guests can relax while sipping on a non-alcoholic Collagen Pineapple Colada. A homemade body scrub is also provided along with a face sheet mask. Pre-dip guests are suggested to prep the skin with a treatment like a lotus root body scrub or facial treatment.

Inviting in Romance

The candlelit soak for two, “Romance Bliss” was designed to deepen intimacy and connection. The bath is dressed with Damask rose petals, jasmine flowers, raw honey, and Himalayan pink salt along with a blend of oils (rose, lavender, and sweet orange). Champagne rests on the side of the tub, along with a tray with chocolate-covered strawberries, massage oil, a vase of flowers and a love letter. Pre-soak couples can book in for a hot stone or bamboo roll-out massage.
