The Official Opening of “Art Botanic Garden”: Where Nature Meets Artistic Soul
Proud Group, in collaboration with InterContinental Hua Hin Resort and Bluport Hua Hin, has officially unveiled “Art Botanic Garden” (Suan Phrueksa Phirom). This new visionary landmark, spanning over 4 rai of lush greenery, serves as an urban oasis and a model green space that beautifully intertwines the serenity of nature with the vibrancy of contemporary art.
The grand opening ceremony was a prestigious event, honored by the presence of distinguished leaders and public figures, including Mr. Suwat Liptapanlop, former Deputy Prime Minister; Lt. Gen. Poonpirom Liptapanlop; Mrs. Jarasphim Liptapanlop; and Dr. Sittichai Sawasdee-saen, Governor of Prachuap Khiri Khan. Also joining the celebration were Ms. Sabrina Hofstetter, General Manager of InterContinental Hua Hin Resort; Ms. Wajee Komolkaew, Managing Director of Bluport Hua Hin; and the celebrated artists Mr. Taweeusak Srithongdee (Lolay) and Ms. Nawawan Towisat (Noon).
At the heart of the garden stands the iconic “Soulmates Tree”—a majestic tamarind and rain tree that have stood gracefully side-by-side for over a century. These ancient guardians symbolize an enduring bond, rooted deeply in Hua Hin’s history. Surrounding this natural wonder is the breathtaking “Art Botanic Wall,” a 4,000-sq.m. botanical mural created by the talented Hua Hin artist Noon (Nawawan Towisat). It stands as a vibrant tribute to flourishing ecosystems.
Visitors will also be inspired by “The Wing,” a poetic sculpture by the renowned artist Lolay (Taweeusak Srithongdee). This masterpiece, featuring a winged fisherman tenderly holding a sea turtle, captures the spirit of freedom and the harmonious coexistence between humanity and the sea.
To complete the experience, guests can relax at Canvas & Cup Café, which serves botanical-inspired beverages at approachable prices. Whether you are an art lover or a nature enthusiast, Art Botanic Garden invites you to step into a space where creativity blossoms and nature tells its story—one moment at a time.
Opening Hours: Daily from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Free Entry)
