With the return of Taste of Thai Tales, the airline renews its commitment to celebrating Thai culinary heritage in the skies. This year, the story is written with Chef Pam – Pichaya Soontornyanakij, whose contemporary vision and global experience bring fresh depth to traditional Thai flavours. Together, they introduce 18 thoughtfully composed dishes created exclusively for Business Class passengers on international routes.

At its heart, Taste of Thai Tales views travel as a cultural dialogue. Time-honoured Thai recipes are reimagined with modern precision, guided by respect for ingredients sourced from across the country. Each plate reflects a cuisine that is confident in its roots yet open to the world, a refined expression of Thailand served above the clouds.

The menu accompanies passengers throughout the journey, from the first light of breakfast to main courses and all-day selections. Thai wagyu beef and premium seafood sit alongside comforting rice porridge, vibrant Southern flavours, elevated noodle dishes inspired by beloved street fare, and delicately crafted bites that revisit Thai classics with subtle sophistication.

Every dish is carefully calibrated for in-flight dining, preserving aroma, texture, and depth of flavour even at cruising altitude. The result is more than a meal served onboard, it is a moment of connection, a reminder of home for some, and a first introduction for others.
