Stella Restaurant, the Italian rooftop dining destination located on the 27th floor of Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin, invites guests to embark on an exclusive culinary journey with “4 Hands Dinner” on 21–22 August 2026.

This exceptional dining experience brings together two talented chefs — Chef Michele Bravo, an Italian chef with a passion for authentic Italian cuisine, and Chef Puchong, Stella Restaurant’s resident chef — who will collaborate to create a specially curated 4-course Italian menu paired with carefully selected Italian wines. Through a combination of flavours, culinary techniques, and inspiration, the chefs will showcase the essence and heritage of Italian gastronomy in every dish.

The highlight of this exclusive evening is the arrival of Chef Michele Bravo, an Italian chef who grew up surrounded by Italy’s rich culinary culture and has accumulated more than 10 years of experience in Italian, Mediterranean, and European cuisine. His culinary journey has taken him across Greece, Thailand, and Dubai, including his experience at the prestigious The St. Regis Bangkok. With a deep understanding of Italy’s diverse regional cuisines, Chef Michele focuses on seasonal ingredients, traditional cooking techniques, and creating dishes that authentically reflect the identity and character of each region.

Joining Chef Michele is Chef Puchong, Stella Restaurant’s resident chef, whose passion for Italian gastronomy and contemporary culinary expression brings creativity and refinement to the collaboration. By combining Chef Michele’s authentic Italian roots with Chef Puchong’s modern perspective and culinary expertise, the two chefs create a menu that respects traditional Italian flavours while introducing a contemporary interpretation designed to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Inspired by the concept “From Coast to Countryside,” the 4-course menu takes guests on a gastronomic journey through Italy’s diverse landscapes and culinary heritage. From the vibrant and fresh flavours of the Mediterranean coastline to the comforting traditions of the Italian countryside, each dish reflects the richness of regional ingredients, local identities, and culinary craftsmanship passed down through generations.
