As the city welcomes a new year, OXBO is proud to launch its new “THAI TERROIR” series—a curated journey celebrating the unique flavours of the Thai landscape. The opening chapter, “From the North to the Chao Phraya,” brings the mist-covered mountains of Northern Thailand to the banks of the river.
On Friday, 23rd January 2026, the elegant riverside bar at OXBO transforms into a stage for Palm Instinct. The Thai rock icon swaps the microphone for a mixing glass, hosting an exclusive guest shift to showcase his artisanal creation, Undeadman Botanical Spirits.
Experience the Spirit of the North, served by the Spirit of Rock. Guests will witness a unique performance where music meets mixology. Khun Palm will be behind the bar, shaking and stirring a setlist of three signature cocktails. Each drink highlights the distinct, complex botanicals of Nan Province—served with the raw, authentic energy of a rock star.
