Sip & Savour France Edition An Exclusive Wine Pairing Dinner At Char Restaurant
This March, CHAR Restaurant invites guests to an elegant Exclusive Wine Pairing Dinner on 27 March 2026. The evening features a curated 3-course menu with selected wines priced at THB 2,900++ per person, complemented by live saxophone performances from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. With only 20 seats available, the event offers an intimate dining experience above the city.
The dinner begins with Burratina Symphony with pesto emulsion, pistachio crust, and shallot dressing, paired with Ernest Rapeneau Brut Champagne from France. Its fresh citrus notes complement the creamy burratina while balancing the herbal pesto and pistachio.
For the main course, guests may choose between Wild Tiger Prawn, served with Lardo, black garlic sauce, mushroom and radish pickles, shrimp oil, and yuzu foam, paired with 2023 Château Paradis Essenciel Rosé (Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence), or Wagyu Rib Eye Grandeur, served with potato dauphinoise, local vegetables, beef jus, and béarnaise espuma, paired with 2021 Ogier Gentilhomme Côtes-du-Rhône.
The evening concludes with Callebaut Chocolate, served with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel, paired with 2024 Domaine Laroche Mas la Chevalière Chardonnay (Pays d’Oc).
