PROMM GROUP Strengthens Brand Presence Through “PROMM’s Partner Journey,” Connecting Travel Partners with New Business Opportunities

PROMM GROUP successfully hosted “PROMM’s Partner Journey,” a four-day, three-night Familiarization Trip for travel agent partners from 6–9 August 2026, designed to strengthen industry relationships, build first-hand product knowledge, and enhance awareness and confidence in the Group’s growing hospitality portfolio.

The journey brought travel partners together to experience three distinctive properties: Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok, The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, and Siamdasada Resort Khaoyai. Through property inspections, dining experiences, curated activities, and visits to surrounding attractions, participants gained a deeper understanding of each property and destination while exploring opportunities across leisure, corporate, group, MICE, and incentive markets.

Three Properties, Three Destinations, Three Distinctive Experiences

The journey began at Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok, where participants explored the hotel’s facilities while discovering the cultural character, local communities, and attractions of Bangkok’s historic quarter—highlighting the property’s potential as a gateway to authentic local experiences.

The program continued at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, showcasing its strategic location in the heart of Bangkok, diverse accommodation options, and extensive meeting and event facilities serving leisure, corporate, group, and MICE markets.

The journey concluded at Siamdasada Resort Khaoyai, where participants experienced its natural surroundings and activities, highlighting the destination’s potential for leisure, incentive, and experiential travel.

Throughout the journey, travel partners experienced the properties first-hand while exchanging market insights and business perspectives with the hotel teams. More than a traditional FAM Trip, the program provided a platform to strengthen relationships, deepen product knowledge, and identify new opportunities for future collaboration.

PROMM’s Partner Journey reflects our belief that strong partnerships begin with real experiences. By giving our travel partners the opportunity to discover our hotels, destinations, and teams first-hand, we aim to build greater confidence in our products while creating new opportunities for long-term collaboration and mutual business growth,” said Bhakchuda Phonjarit, Area Director of Revenue and Business Development, PROMM GROUP.

A Diverse and Growing Hospitality Portfolio

Beyond the three properties featured in PROMM’s Partner Journey 2026, the Group’s growing hospitality portfolio includes ibis Samui Bophut and Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa, with Swissôtel Pratunam currently under development. Together, these properties strengthen the Group’s presence across key destinations while supporting its continued growth across diverse hospitality markets.

The successful completion of PROMM’s Partner Journey 2026 marks another step in strengthening brand awareness and industry confidence, expanding relationships with travel trade partners, and supporting the long-term growth of the hospitality portfolio.
