On Thursday, 24 September 2026, guests are invited to join PILATES & PAINT at Fundamental Specialty Coffee & Eatery, 23rd Floor.
Set against beautiful views of Pattaya, the afternoon brings together wellness, creativity and community in one inspiring space above the city. Guests will begin with an energizing Pilates session, followed by calming sound healing to help clear the mind and slow down.
The experience then continues with a fun paint workshop, where guests can create their own artwork while spending time with friends, meeting new people and enjoying the friendly Arbour community atmosphere.
