OXBO is honoured to present an exceptional Scarpa Wine Dinner, an exclusive event celebrating the finest in culinary artistry paired seamlessly with prestigious wines from Italy’s celebrated Scarpa vineyards. Scheduled for Friday, 16th May 2025, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the evening promises guests a luxurious and memorable gastronomic experience in the elegant surroundings of OXBO, located on the 3rd level.

Esteemed Wine Ambassador Anastas (Andi) Stefanov will personally host the evening, guiding attendees through each meticulously selected wine, sharing invaluable insights into their distinct flavours, rich histories, and the unique winemaking processes that define Scarpa’s world-renowned vintages

This exclusive event features an innovative and expertly crafted tasting menu priced at THB 4,200++ per person, designed specifically to showcase the exquisite characteristics of each wine:

Delicate Seabass Tiradito served with a refreshing Apple Celery Granita and Pickled Turnip, paired exquisitely with Scarpa Vermouth di Torino Bianco
Grilled Peas with succulent Oyster and finely Cured Pork Belly, harmoniously matched with the vibrant Scarpa Casascarpa Barbera d’Asti
“The Yard,” an elegant dish featuring White Asparagus and indulgent Caviar, thoughtfully paired with the complex Scarpa Tettineive Barbaresco
