Napha presents Thai cuisine through a contemporary lens—grounded in familiar comfort, yet refined with modern detail. The concept feels intentionally calm and composed, offering a dining space where Thai flavours are not reinvented, but gently elevated to suit a new urban rhythm.

“Sky-Inspired” Design That Feels Light and Fluid

“Napha” celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Thailand’s four regions through authentic flavors and a distinct Thai identity, elevated with a contemporary touch. The restaurant brings together eight renowned chefs from Thailand and abroad, many of whom have earned Michelin recognition and national culinary accolades, to craft a menu that preserves the essence of Thai cuisine while presenting it in a refined and modern way. Today, the restaurant welcomes a predominantly international clientele, including guests from China, Europe, America, and across Asia, reflecting its growing reputation on the global dining scene. Napha currently operates two branches: the EmSphere branch on the GM Floor, designed around the concept of a “home pantry,” offering a warm and familiar atmosphere; and the Central Park branch on the G Floor, envisioned as a reinterpretation of the “Dusit Heaven” concept through an airy, fluid, and light-filled design. Natural light, glass, and reflective materials are thoughtfully incorporated throughout the space to create a calm, elegant, and relaxing ambiance, one that gently encourages guests to slow down and fully immerse themselves in the experience of food and meaningful moments.

Instead of feeling enclosed, the restaurant opens up in a way that feels airy and ever-shifting—almost like sitting beneath slow-moving clouds. During the day, natural light gently bounces across glass-like textures, creating an atmosphere that feels calm, bright, and almost weightless. As the evening arrives, the reflections soften, the tones deepen, and the space gradually transforms into something warmer and more intimate, while still holding on to its sense of openness.

A bold, flavour-forward dish where slow-cooked pork leg is stir-fried with aromatic Thai herbs. The texture is rich and tender, while the herbs cut through the richness with freshness and spice. It is deep, savoury, and designed for pairing with steamed rice.

  • Crabmeat & Betel Leaf in Southern Coconut Curry

A Southern Thai classic elevated with creamy coconut curry and the distinct aroma of betel leaf. The crab meat adds natural sweetness, balancing the spice and richness of the curry base. The result is layered, aromatic, and distinctly Southern in character.
