Available from 1 March 1 – 31 July 2026, La Primavera Afternoon Tea is a thoughtfully curated journey by Chef Danilo Aiassa through savoury delicacies, indulgent sweets and artisanal scones, presented and inspired by the finest ingredients of the season.
Rooted in Italy’s culinary heritage yet infused with playful modern flair, the savoury selection showcases refined craftsmanship and premium ingredients. Highlights include:
Vanilla-scented carrot soufflé with foie gras morsel and quince jam, a delicate balance of sweetness and richness.
Crispy saffron risotto cake topped with jumbo lump crab meat and caviar, an elegant nod to northern Italian luxury.
Artichoke, kale and spinach terrine crowned with fresh buffalo mozzarella, celebrating the green bounty of spring.
