MS.JIGGER HOSTS SIX-HAND DINNER BY THREE CULINARY STARS: DINNER INCREDIBLE FOUNDER GIORGIO DIANA, HAIKAL JOHARI FROM ONE-MICHELIN-STAR AVANT AND MS.JIGGER’S CHEF DAVIDE CALÓ
Ms.Jigger, the contemporary Italian restaurant at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, presents “Ms.Jigger & Friends”, a six-hand dinner on Friday, 27 June 2025. The six-course experience, priced at THB 2,500++, brings together the culinary talents Chef Giorgio Diana, visionary founder of Dinner Incredible and Chef Owner of Storia in Cairo, Egypt; Chef Haikal Johari from one-Michelin-star AVANT; and Ms.Jigger’s own Chef Davide Caló.
Chef Giorgio Diana, CEO & Founder of Dinner Incredible, is known for his unique culinary concept cantered on intercultural exchange and the celebration of local ingredients, grounded in his more than two decades of experience. For this occasion, Chef Giorgio creates an amuse-bouche of beef tartare with crispy waffle, parmesan and Thai caviar; a starter of black tiger prawn bisque with green papaya, smoked eggplant, tonka beans and coconut; and a main course of sous-vide beef tenderloin with red wine jus.
Chef Davide Caló, head chef at Ms.Jigger, showcases his Southern Italian heritage with a delectable pasta course of homemade tortellini filled with smoked eggplant and burrata, served with a delicate tomato fondue. He also presents the fish course: perfectly baked red snapper accompanied by beetroot velouté, sugar snap peas and a shellfish sauce.
The grand finale is crafted by Chef Haikal Johari of the renowned one-Michelin-starred AVANT. Guests will be treated to his signature creamy, delicate and unforgettable AVANT cheesecake dessert.
