Mott 32 Bangkok Welcomes Back Michelin-Starred Chef Lee Man Sing for a Limited-Time Cantonese Residency
Mott 32 Bangkok at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon welcomes back acclaimed Mott 32’s group executive chef Lee Man Sing, for an exclusive culinary residency, From 13 July to 31 August 2026, Chef Lee debuts a seasonal menu created especially for Thailand, showcasing Chef Lee’s signature interpretation of modern Cantonese cuisine built with exceptional ingredients, refined technique and a contemporary approach to traditional Chinese flavours.
Designed for Mott 32 Bangkok, Chef Lee’s Exclusive Seasonal Menu also draws on the city’s vibrant dining culture. The Steamed Grouper is finished with a house-made Yellow Bell Pepper Sauce developed for the Thai palate, while the Mud Crab with Minced Pork, Chilli Sauce and Crispy Rice Noodles nods to Thailand’s love of bold flavours and contrasting textures.
The menu showcases ingredients synonymous with Cantonese fine dining including fish maw, grouper, mud crab, pigeon leg, black truffle, abalone sauce and mantis shrimp. Each ingredient transformed through Chef Lee’s meticulous techniques.
