METT Singapore Launches Riviera Champagne Brunch with Day-to-Night Weekend Experience

Set within the lush surrounds of Fort Canning Park, the Riviera Champagne Brunch unfolds across METT Singapore’s signature dining and social destinations — beginning across L’Amo Bistrò del Mare and Canning Bar & Lounge from 12PM to 3PM before transitioning into an upbeat after-party at Canning Bar & Lounge from 3PM to 7PM. Designed as a day-to-night Riviera-inspired escape, guests can expect live musicians, roaming entertainment, DJ sets, poolside energy, and an effortlessly glamorous social atmosphere.

At the heart of the experience is a lively Mediterranean brunch spread curated by METT Singapore’s F&B Director, Chef Daniele Sperindio, through the culinary lens of L’Amo Bistrò del Mare. Reimagined with the spirit of an elevated coastal celebration rather than a traditional seated brunch, guests may indulge in premium seafood and luxury signatures including freshly shucked oysters, Canadian lobster, Italian antipasti, artisanal pastas, charcoal-grilled specialties,and roaming bites designed for convivial sharing and social grazing. Interactive tableside moments, butler-passed cocktails, and live culinary stations further amplify the dynamic rhythm of the afternoon, with refreshing lemon sorbets served in lemon cups towards the end of brunch as a bright, playful finish.

Complementing the culinary experience is a prestigious Champagne programme featuring free-flow pours ranging from the crisp Boizel Brut Réserve to the elegant Ruinart Rosé and the iconic Krug Grande Cuvée. As the afternoon progresses, the energy shifts seamlessly into a spirited sundown celebration at Canning Bar & Lounge, where resident DJs, cocktails, roaming pinsa, and poolside revelry continue the festivities into the evening.

The Riviera Champagne Brunch captures the spirit of the Riviera through the unmistakable lens of METT Singapore — playful yet polished, vibrant yet refined. More than a brunch, it is a weekly social ritual where indulgence, music, and celebration converge from day to night.

Available every Saturday from 16 May 2026, the Riviera Champagne Brunch takes place from 12PM to 3PM across L’Amo Bistrò del Mare and Canning Bar & Lounge.

Experiences begin from $228++ per person for the Riviera Champagne Brunch featuring free-flow Boizel Brut Réserve Champagne, while the Riviera Rosé experience is priced at $418++ with Ruinart Rosé Champagne. For elevated indulgence, the Riviera Prestige experience is available at $888++ with Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne and pool access included. Guests seeking a complete weekend escape may opt for the Weekend Riviera Experience at $1,188++, which includes Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne, pool access, and an overnight hotel stay with breakfast. A non-alcoholic experience featuring food and free-flow non-alcoholic beverages is also available at $158++ per person.

From 3PM to 7PM, the Riviera Champagne Brunch transitions into an upbeat after-party at Canning Bar & Lounge.

Brunch guests will enjoy one complimentary drink alongside DJ-led beats and poolside revelry. Guests may also elevate the experience with an add-on from $78++ for free-flow wines, rosé, and cocktails, while roaming pinsa service from 5.30PM adds to the lively social atmosphere into the evening.
