MASON Loves the Earth Back through 5 Environmental Activities to Inspire Guests and Staff on Earth Day
Continuing an effort to better the Earth for a fourth year, on 17 April 2025, MASON carried out activities to underline its stance on social responsibility through sustainability. We provided aid to the Naval Stray Dog Center, donating used towels and cleaning equipment in support of care for its living creatures. Devoting value to matters major and small, MASON treasures the natural environment and the fellow inhabitants of the planet beyond its grounds, aligning itself with the principles of Sustainable Tourism.
Designed to slot in with peoples’ current schedules, sessions vary in length from a 10-minute cardio session for people on tight timetables to 60-minute vinyasa yoga classes each with a different focus, from balance to flexibility & mobility. The channel has launched with an array of classes and will be updated on a weekly basis. As the content builds some examples of sessions include: HIIT for beginners, 10-minute glutes builder, dynamic breathwork, breathwork for sleep, morning wake up yoga, yoga for back pain, core workout, and shoulder strengthening.

On top of aiding lives on the planet, MASON engages in acts to better its environment both for guests and its own staff.

One such undertaking of the MASON team is its organic Secret Garden. A source of fresh and safe ingredients for food and beverage in the hotel, the garden promotes healthy consumption and environmental-friendliness by realizing the MASON “garden…to table” concept.
The MASON Secret Garden is more than a green space tended to by MASON personnel as it provides opportunities for guests to visit, appreciate, learn, and try their hand at vegetable farming. Guests can even harvest their crops to be used as ingredients in cooking and cocktail classes, enhancing their connection to nature and their health in a simple, yet tangible way.

Moreover, MASON has elevated its care for the world by establishing waste separation for recycling areas that allow for plastic and other materials to be effectively returned to use. Was have been systematically separating our food waste, plastic, and harmful waste by properly training staff for awareness. This attention to the environment extends to deep-cleaning activities of our grounds for the order and harmony of the landscape. By painting and beautifying our green spaces, MASON has ensured that every corner of the hotel is a place for relaxation and calm, both for guests and staff. It is our intent to make a world that is delightful and sustainable.
