Ingredients, meanwhile, will reflect Thailand’s wide-ranging cookery influences, from flavorsome spices tracing back to Siam’s trade with Portugal in the 16 th century, to myriad aromatic herbs long a mainstay at shopfronts in Bangkok’s Chinatown neighborhood.
Similar cosmopolitan influences inform the Club’s commitment to outstanding mixology. Shrewd tipplers will note it in, for example, inspired blends like Japanese whisky with Thai tea along with spice- and herb-enhanced cocktails, and likewise no less in the vintages of Siam Yacht Club’s very own wine label.
But Siam Yacht Club is much more than restaurant and bar.
