A new culinary chapter begins with the Madison Signature Series: Rossini Flambée, presented at Madison Steak Avenue in a classic New York-style luxury atmosphere, complemented by a contemporary American steakhouse menu. In partnership with Snake River Farms, renowned for its premium American Wagyu and Kobe-style beef raised on the lush plains of Idaho, we bring the world’s highest-quality beef directly to the restaurant. Their cattle are meticulously bred and carefully raised with an uncompromising focus on exceptional quality and flavour, resulting in beef celebrated for its rich marbling and remarkable depth of taste.

Rossini in another expression of ultimate indulgence. A refined sharing experience, centered on Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Tenderloin (500 gr), full-blood and grain-fed for 650 days. Celebrated for its exquisite marbling and naturally profound depth of flavour, it stands as the heart of this creation. The Rossini is composed of delicate layers and completed with a gentle tableside flambé, enhancing its aroma and warmth, allowing the richness and complex savory layers to unfold gracefully with balance and elegance.
