Le Méridien Bangkok Refreshes Beyond Brunch With New Signature Dishes

The refreshed Sunday brunch menu features a selection of new à la carte creations including Pan-Seared Scallop with cauliflower cream soup and chorizo, Braised Wagyu Beef Ravioli with Parmesan foam, Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Basque salsa verde, and Seared Duck Breast with berry-red wine reduction.  Guests can also enjoy lighter dishes such as Tuna Tartare with avocado and Citrus Crab Salad with mango and passion fruit gelée, followed by the Golden Pumpkin & Coconut Mousse Vitality dessert.
