The 2 Stars recognition marks an important milestone for Jaras and its commitment to presenting Thai cuisine through the flavours, ingredients and stories of its surroundings.

Among the dishes that earned this recognition, Jaras celebrates the best of Thai provenance through carefully sourced ingredients and refined techniques. From Char-Grilled Kamphaeng Saen Thai Angus in Cassia Leaf Curry with Phetchaburi Fleur de Sel, to Hua Hin Tiger Prawns smoked over coconut husk in Chu Chee Sauce, and Stir-Fried Hua Hin Tiger Prawns with Smoked Shrimp Oil Essence and Chilli Jam.
