At Red Sky Restaurant this season, indulge in a specially curated menu that celebrates the delicate subtility of summer truffles. Expertly crafted by Chef Luca Russo, these dishes are designed to highlight the truffle, offering a unique culinary experience. 

The menu includes a selection of thoughtfully composed dishes, such as Poached Egg with truffle mousseline, porcini mushrooms, and summer truffle (THB 950++); Hokkaido Scallops paired with parmesan cheese and summer truffle (THB 1,150++); and traditional Fresh Tagliolini, gently tossed in butter and summer truffle (THB 950++). For an even more decadent treat, enjoy Foie Gras with celeriac purée and summer truffle (THB 1,450++), or Snow Fish served with white asparagus and summer truffle (THB 1,955++).

Each dish has been crafted with precision to showcase the season’s finest truffles, offering a harmonious balance of flavours that will captivate your palate.
