Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa, the new five-star landmark of sophisticated leisure on Jomtien Beach, has officially opened the doors to its signature restaurant, Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar. This vibrant new venue is poised to become a must-visit dining destination, welcoming culinary enthusiasts and hotel guests to embark on an exceptional gastronomic journey.
Marriott Hotels’ signature all-day dining venue, Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar is celebrated for its dynamic buffet experience, designed as a lively culinary “Marketplace” concept with open kitchens and live cooking stations. It’s an energetic space where the freshest local and international ingredients converge in a contemporary setting that feels both warm and inviting. This immersive approach brings guests closer to the culinary action, showcasing a vast selection of Thai and pan-Asian cuisine, and popular Western dishes. The restaurant offers both its famous buffet and a full à la carte menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Leading the culinary team is the highly experienced Executive Chef Marcello Piacentini. “We are thrilled to bring the unique character of Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar to Pattaya,” says the Milan native, who has honed his craft in renowned hotels and restaurants worldwide. “Our philosophy is simple: source the absolute best ingredients, both locally and from around the world, and transform them into a memorable dining experience. A true culinary highlight is the spectacular Seafood & Grill Dinner Buffet, a lavish paradise for food lovers with over 85 delectable items. Guests can indulge in premium seafood, a rotating selection of 4 types of freshly imported oysters, crafted house-smoked meats, and premium cuts of meat and seafood sizzling, perfectly grilled on an open-fire ‘Parrilla’ grill. The buffet also showcases rare, authentic dishes from the local Chonburi province, bringing authentic flavors to your plate.
For those dining à la carte, not-to-be-missed signature dishes include the rich and aromatic Goji Beef Noodles, the spicy and authentic Gaeng Kua Poo Bai Cha Poo, the indulgent Goji Smash Burger, a perfectly cooked 60 Days Dry Aged Beef Prime for steak connoisseurs, and a locally inspired Palm Sugar Pie for a sweet finish.
The Seafood & Grill Dinner Buffet is available every Thursday to Saturday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, priced at THB 1,488++ per person (food only).
Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar is located on the 1st floor of Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa and is open daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. The restaurant seats up to 128 guests, with both indoor and outdoor terrace seating offering relaxing views of the resort’s lush gardens.
