Exclusive Four Hands Spanish Wine & Tapas Night
November 2026. Discover the flavours of Spain at “Exclusive Four Hands Spanish Wine & Tapas Night” a special culinary collaboration at Maitree Bar, Amari Bangkok. Join Executive Chef Kevin Montorfano from Amari Bangkok, and Chef Juan Ignacio García Racionero, Spanish Chef de Cuisine of LUZ Bangkok Tapas Bar, for an evening dedicated to Spanish cuisine and wine.
Taking place on Friday, 27 November 2026, from 18:00–21:00 hrs, the event will feature more than 10 Spanish tapas dishes prepared by the two chefs, combining traditional Spanish flavours with their individual culinary styles. Highlights include Croquetas de Jamón Curado, Gambas al Ajillo, Pulpo a la Gallega and Tortilla Española with Chistorra, followed by a selection of Spanish desserts.
The wine selection from IHC Hospitality Solutions, SourGrapes Thailand and Wine Garage features labels from several of Spain’s renowned wine regions, showcasing a variety of wine styles and grape varieties from across the country.
