Staged on Saturday March 28, 2026, “Sicily’s Finest – A Wine and Culinary Journey” will bring together creative cuisine from Rum Chapel, The Naka Island’s elegant beachside restaurant, with six exceptional labels from Feudo Maccari, which is located in the UNESCO World Heritage region of Val di Noto, on the Italian island of Sicily, famed for its DOC wine areas.
Founded by Antonio Moretti, the visionary owner of Tenuta Sette Ponti, Feudo Maccari is celebrated for its exquisite terroir-driven wines, which express the rich depth of Sicily’s volcanic soils and the vibrancy of its Mediterranean coastal landscapes.
At Rum Chapel, these premium vintages will be expertly presented alongside a curated five-course menu featuring delectable dishes such as King Fish Carpaccio, Phuket Lobster Medallions, Black Grouper, Australian Wagyu Beef, and Chumphon Chocolate Entremet, each crafted to complement the unique profile of the wines – from the crisp freshness of Olli Grillo to the warm depth and fruity aroma of Nero d’Avola.
