Discover The Flavors Of Thailand’s Four Regions At Chon Som All Day Dining

Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport invites guests to embark on a culinary journey across Thailand with the launch of its Daily Rotation of Regional Specialties, available as part of the International Dinner Buffet at Chon Som All Day Dining every Sunday through Thursday, starting this June. Celebrating the rich diversity of Thai cuisine, each evening features a curated selection of authentic regional dishes that showcase the unique flavors, ingredients, and culinary traditions from different parts of the Kingdom.

The weekly culinary journey includes: 

  • Sunday – Central RegionEnjoy beloved Thai classics such as Tom Yum River Prawn, Chicken Satay, PorkPanang Curry, and other iconic dishes from Thailand’s central plains. 

  • Monday – Northern RegionExperience the distinctive flavors of Northern Thailand with regional favorites including Khao Soi, SaiOua, Nam Prik Noom, and Kaeng Hang Lay. 

  • Tuesday – Northeastern (Isaan) RegionSavor the bold and vibrant tastes ofIsaan through specialties such as Som Tam, Larb Moo, Grilled Pork Neck, and traditional Isaan Sausage.

  • Wednesday – Southern RegionDiscover the rich and aromatic cuisine of Southern Thailand with dishes including GaiGolae, Kaeng Lueang, Kua Kling, and other local specialties. 

  • Thursday – Best of ThaiConclude the week with a specially curatedselection of guest-favorite dishes representing the very best flavors from all four regions of Thailand
