CRAFT SERVES TRICKS, TREATS AND TIRAMISU THIS OCTOBER
This October, CRAFT at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok invites guests to embark on a flavour journey with “Sip the World”, a month-long celebration in honour of International Coffee Day. From globally inspired coffee creations crafted by the hotel’s international team, to the debut of Crafty-Misu, a playful, cake-less tiramisu twist, and limited-edition Halloween Brews, CRAFT sets the stage for a month of creativity, culture and coffee-fuelled indulgence.

Sip the World
In celebration of International Coffee Day, CRAFT launches “Sip the World”, a month-long voyage through global coffee traditions. Curated by Kimpton’s international team of chefs and hoteliers, each drink reflects their favourites from home. No passport needed, just a thirst for discovery. Available from 1–31 October 2025.
Each specialty coffee on the “Sip the World” menu tells a story, lovingly crafted by Kimpton’s diverse team, each inspired by the traditions and memories of their home countries:
German Eiskaffee – Espresso with vanilla ice cream, a nostalgic nod to leisurely European afternoons (Inspired by Patrick Both, General Manager)
Melbourne Magic – Double ristretto with steamed milk, capturing the spirit of Australia’s coffee capital (Inspired by Shane Jameson, Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing)
Einspänner – Espresso topped with whipped cream, Vienna’s classic comfort in a cup (Inspired by Sharon Kaserer, Director of Marketing Communications)
Vietnamese Egg Coffee (Cà Phê Trứng) – Espresso with egg and condensed milk, a creamy Hanoi favorite (Inspired by An Ngoc Van Do, Cluster Director of Revenue)
Café de Olla – Coffee brewed with cinnamon and spices, a Mexican tradition (Inspired by Lamberto Valdez Lara, Cluster Executive Chef)
The Bicerin Coffee – Espresso with Nutella, chocolate and cream (Inspired by Danilo Aiassa, Italian Head Chef)
Fennel & Cinnamon Masala Coffee – Coffee infused with fennel and cinnamon (Inspired by Gourav Sharma, Cluster Indian Specialty Chef)
Arabic Coffee – Traditional Arabic coffee with dates (Inspired by Tareq Mazen Imran Aldweik, Cluster Arabic Specialty Chef)

CRAFTY-MISU: Tiramisu, Reimagined
Ditch the dessert plate. CRAFT invites guests to indulge in “CRAFTY-MISU,” a playful, decadent take on tiramisu, transformed into two luscious beverages: Fifty-Two Misu (KARO Fifty-Two espresso, cold mascarpone cream and ladyfinger at THB 220++) and Matcha Misu (matcha, cold mascarpone cream and ladyfinger at THB 280++)

Halloween Brews
Feeling spooky? The Halloween season arrives at CRAFT with frightfully fun creations behind the counter and in your glass. From 25 – 31 October, guests can enjoy limited-edition Halloween treats, including:
Spooky Lod Chong: Coconut milk, matcha, lod chong syrup, purple sweet potato—an eerie, delightful Thai-inspired beverage
Pumpkin Shade: Havana 7YO Dark Rum, pumpkin purée, milk, whipped cream—a grown-up treat with a festive twist
With coffee culture at its core, CRAFT continues to be the city’s favourite spot to gather, sip and connect.
