Club Med Bintan Reimagined: A New Rhythm Of Holidays Begins
From shared play to sunset dining, Club Med Bintan introduces a more seamless rhythm of holiday living through new family experiences, refreshed dining concepts and renovated rooms.
Club Med Bintan is unveiling a series of major enhancements across the resort, reimagining the holiday experience around how modern families travel today — with greater flexibility, deeper connection and less need to plan every moment. Progressively rolling out throughout 2026, the transformation introduces new family experiences, refreshed dining concepts, renovated accommodation and enhanced leisure spaces designed to create a more seamless rhythm of holiday living.
Nestled along the shores of Bintan Island just a short ferry ride from Singapore, Club Med Bintan’s ongoing transformation reflects the growing shift toward more experience-led travel, where guests increasingly prioritise quality time, shared experiences and intuitive hospitality over rigid itineraries and overly structured holidays.
For more than 75 years, Club Med has pioneered the all-inclusive holiday experience, continuously evolving around the way guests live, travel and connect. At Club Med Bintan, this philosophy comes to life through space and experiences intentionally designed to balance togetherness, freedom, play and personal downtime within one integrated journey.
“At Club Med, we have spent more than 75 years understanding what truly makes family holidays memorable — not simply through facilities, but through the way experiences unfold naturally throughout a stay,” said Olivier Monceau, General Manager for Club Med Singapore and Malaysia.
“The transformation of Club Med Bintan reflects this philosophy. Every enhancement has been thoughtfully designed to support the rhythm of modern family travel — creating more opportunities for connection, spontaneity and genuine downtime. Beyond introducing new spaces and experiences, the ambition was to ensure that every part of the resort works together more seamlessly, so holidays feel more effortless, balanced and meaningful for today’s families” he added.
Designed for Shared Moments of Joy
At the heart of Club Med Bintan’s transformation is a renewed focus on shared experiences that allow families to spend meaningful time together naturally, rather than through rigid schedules or structured programming alone.
Panorama Coffee Shop
Overlooking the South China Sea, the redesigned Panorama Coffee Shop serves as a relaxed social space that evolves throughout the day — from morning coffee rituals and leisurely midday pause to sunset drinks in a more atmospheric evening setting.
Terrace Gourmet Club
Designed around the natural flow of a holiday day, the Terrace Gourmet Club presents an all-day dining concept that transitions seamlessly from relaxed daytime brunches to intimate evening dining by the sea. During the day, guests can enjoy a curated selection of Indonesian flavours and international favourites, including Bintan-inspired tartines alongside vegan and vegetarian offerings, before the space transforms into a more refined and atmospheric setting as evening falls.
The Grill (Available Late 2026)
Further strengthening the resort’s evolving culinary landscape, The Grill, set to open by the end of 2026, will introduce a dedicated evening dining concept centred around grilled seafood and premium meats in a convivial coastal setting.
Together, these dining spaces reinforce Club Med’s vision of Premium All-Inclusive hospitality, where experiences are designed around flexibility, spontaneity and the freedom guests increasingly seek while travelling.
Retreats Designed for Modern Family Living
Across the resort, renovated accommodation spaces have been thoughtfully redesigned to support both togetherness and personal retreat, recognising that modern family holidays require flexibility as much as shared experiences.
Refurbished Rooms
Renovations across all 308 rooms are being progressively unveiled throughout 2026. Inspired by Bintan’s coastal surroundings, the redesigned rooms introduce a warmer and more contemporary aesthetic through natural textures, lighter tones and more intuitive layouts designed to enhance comfort and ease throughout the stay.
Deluxe Family-Themed Rooms
The new Deluxe Family-Themed Rooms further reflect Club Med’s family-first approach, integrating playful children’s sleeping areas alongside dedicated adult zones that allow families to stay connected while preserving comfort and privacy for parents.
Kids’ Amenities
Additional family-focused touches include the rollout of child-friendly amenities developed with ADA Cosmetics under the “My Forest Friends” range, combining care, sustainability and playful design for younger guests across all room categories.
