Centara Grand at CentralWorld Introduces Chef Borja Terry Borrego and His Bold New Culinary Creations at UNO MAS

Centara Grand at CentralWorld is delighted to announce the appointment of Chef Borja Terry Borrego as the new Chef de Cuisine at UNO MAS, the hotel’s popular Spanish restaurant known for its authentic Mediterranean flavours and vibrant dining experiences.

From Cádiz, Spain, Chef Borja brings a wealth of culinary expertise, honed at prestigious establishments across Europe and Asia. With over a decade of experience, including positions at London’s celebrated Michelin-starred Hide and StreetXO by David Muñoz in Madrid, Chef Borja has mastered the art of blending innovation with tradition, a hallmark of his culinary style.

At UNO MAS, Chef Borja brings his signature flair to the menu, highlighting the best of Spanish cuisine. Diners can look forward to an array of dishes that capture the essence of Spain while celebrating the freshest, high-quality ingredients.

Commenting on his new role, Chef Borja shared, “I am thrilled to join UNO MAS at Centara Grand at CentralWorld. Spain’s culinary heritage is incredibly rich, and I am excited to share my passion for authentic Spanish cuisine with Bangkok’s discerning diners. Chef Borja’s journey to Bangkok has been marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence. His career has taken him from the kitchens of La Lonja del Mar in Madrid to Donostia and Taqueria EL Pastor in London, where he refined his approach to traditional and modern Spanish gastronomy. Most recently, he led the kitchen at Vaso in Bangkok, where his innovative approach received high acclaim.
