Celebrate the Finest Seafood with an 11-day “Crab Carnival” at Goji Kitchen + Bar, Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park
Goji Kitchen + Bar, the vibrant international culinary marketplace at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, invites couples and families to come together and enjoy an 11-day seafood fiesta, as it stages the “Crab Carnival.” With nine of the finest varieties of crab from Thailand and around the world, either served fresh on ice or cooked in a choice of Asian and international styles, this celebration of shellfish will live long in the memory.
Running from March 27 – April 6, 2026, the Crab Carnival will feature four highly prized species of imported crab – Alaskan king crab, red snow crab, Norwegian brown crab, and red Chilean king crab – along with five exquisite, locally-sourced varieties: mud crab, blue swimming crab, three-spot crab, Thai spanner crab, and soft shell crab.
These delicacies will be simply steamed and displayed on ice, or presented in colorful salads, sublime soups, enticing Asian dishes, and indulgent Western recipes, all served from dynamic live stations at Goji Kitchen + Bar’s popular weekday and weekend dinners, Saturday lunch, and its famous Sunday brunch.
The Seafood on Ice Station will feature succulent Alaskan king crab*, red Chilean king crab*, red snow crab, and blue swimming crab, and diners can also savor a selection of salads, such as soft shell crab with mixed leaves & lemon dressing, crab Louie salad, Thai papaya salad with blue crab, and spicy mango salad with freshwater crab. A choice of Asian and Western soups are available on rotation, including creamy sea crab bisque, potato & crab cream soup, Sichuan hot & sour crab soup, fish maw soup with crab meat, and yellow curry with rice noodle, crab & butterfly pea.
Fans of Asian cuisine can discover a choice of delectable dishes, including soft shell crab khao soi, crab fried rice, stir-fried blue crab with curry powder, and mud crab in black pepper sauce*, and the Pasta Station will showcase crab bisque risotto and ravioli crab meat “fra diavolo*.” This Crab Carnival will also feature mouth-watering global recipes, such as crab cakes with Dijon mustard sauce, mini deviled crab cornbread muffins, and blue crab beignets (donuts) with remoulade dressing, and a special Sustainably Sourced Seafood Station will present perfectly grilled red crab.
These seafood delights will be accompanied with a wide range of delicacies from around the world, including imported cold cuts and cheeses, an Oyster Bar, additional seafood on ice (scallops, black mussels, Babylonia whelks, banana prawns), sushi & sashimi, pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, grilled premium meats (dry-aged prime rib of beef, wagyu rump steak, Australian lamb rack), whole baked salt-crusted salmon, and Asian specialties such as homemade dim sum, tom yum seafood, braised beef noodles, and a dedicated Som Tum Station. And of course, every meal can end on a sweet note with a variety of international desserts (cakes, mousses and pastries), homemade ice creams & sorbets, mango sticky rice, and Thai sweets.
