A curated selection of savoury and sweet creations forms the heart of The Montien Harmony, beginning with savoury bites such as a blue-swimmer crab tartlet paired with spicy yellow mango salad, a caramelised pork moo hong mini milk bun, and a Thai Massaman beef curry puff.
