Created by Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini, the playful line-up is inspired by sweet memories of Italian summers, when gelato between two biscuits was the ultimate indulgence.
“It’s a little bite of nostalgia,” says Chef Andrea. “We’ve taken that childhood favourite and reimagined it with bold flavours, delicate textures, and a touch of our signature whimsy.”
