Bridging Nations and Commerce: Diplomatic Council Announces Soft Launch of ‘Diplomacy Today’ to Foster “Diplomacy Meets Business” for Sustainable Growth
Following the successful formalization of a strategic partnership via a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Dato’ Steve Cheah, chairman of the Diplomatic Council’s Global Committee on Innovation, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Education (DCISE) and Lifestyle and Travel Media Company Limited, the parties are proud to announce the soft launch of “Diplomacy Today.” This premier platform is designed to serve as a vital bridge connecting the diplomatic community with the private sector, focusing on high-level engagement in international business, innovation education, and sustainable development.
The Mission: Diplomacy Meets Business
At the heart of this initiative is the core mission, “Diplomacy Meets Business”. The platform directly links diplomatic strategy with practical economic growth. As it prepares for full publication, “Diplomacy Today” serves as the operational vehicle for DCISE’s goals, ensuring that international relations are translated into tangible opportunities for trade, investment, and entrepreneurial advancement.
Global Credibility and United Nations Impact
A cornerstone of this initiative’s credibility is the Diplomatic Council’s Special Consultative Status with the United Nations. This prestigious global standing reinforces the platform’s relevance, ensuring that all upcoming activities are aligned with international standards of responsible leadership and the UN’s sustainable development goals. By operating at this high level of global recognition, “Diplomacy Today” provides a trusted and impactful environment where diplomatic strategy can effectively drive regional prosperity and cross-border cooperation.
