Each set offers a curated selection of starters, mains, and desserts, bringing fresh flavours to your lunch hour with every visit. Menu One highlights beloved Spanish classics. Starters include Galician Tuna with tomato and capsicum puff pastry; Red Snapper Terrine; Scrambled Organic Egg with confit leeks and prawns; Breaded Golden Potato stewed in garlic and white wine sauce; and a Layered Seasonal Vegetable Dish with tomato sauce and fresh herbs. Main courses include Paprika-Cured Deep-Fried Pork Belly with mashed potatoes; Ibérico Pork; Wagyu Beef Meatballs; Pan-Seared Salmon with orange sauce and endives; Zamora-style Creamy Bomba Rice enriched with Ibérico pork chorizo; and Josper-Grilled Green Asparagus with lemon, mayonnaise, and crispy onions.
