Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, in collaboration with ELEMIS, the renowned British skincare brand, invites guests to indulge in an elegant afternoon ritual with Afternoon Tea Anantara x ELEMIS. Thoughtfully curated and inspired by classic British charm, the experience was officially unveiled at The Matrix Duo Soirée on 8 January 2026 at The Lobby, Anantara Siam Bangkok.
Drawing inspiration from the timeless tradition of London’s afternoon tea, the set reflects a harmonious blend of heritage and contemporary refinement, subtly infused with the essence of ELEMIS skincare philosophy. The menu has been specially crafted by Chef Aey – Anupong Nualchawee, Cluster Executive Pastry Chef of Anantara Siam Bangkok, drawing inspiration from the Pro-Collagen Matrix Duo, featuring Pro-Collagen Morning Matrix and Pro-Collagen Overnight Matrix, translating skincare artistry into an elegant culinary expression.
An elegant procession of refined sweet creations invites guests into the world of classic British indulgence, delicately reimagined with contemporary finesse. The selection features Lavender Macaron filled with buttercream and popping candy, Victoria Princess Cake with soft sponge layered with vanilla bavarois, strawberry and lemon, alongside Orange Drizzle Madeleine enhanced with smooth orange curd. Timeless British favorites follow with Battenberg cake layered with raspberry jam, Banoffee Tart with banana, caramel and Chantilly cream, and freshly baked vanilla and chocolate mint scones served with bitter orange jam, strawberry jam and clotted cream.
The savory selection presents a modern interpretation of British flavors, featuring Chicken Coronation Sandwich on wholewheat bread, Scallop with Black Truffle in French-style puff pastry with mushroom and truffle cream, Smoked Salmon & Caper Crostini topped with cream cheese and lemon, Smoked Duck Breast with Mandarin Orange Relish on brioche, and Mozzarella & Pea Mint Tartlet delivering a light and refreshing finish.
The afternoon tea is served alongside aromatic Earl Grey tea, enhancing the overall experience amid an English garden-inspired setting at The Lobby, evoking the elegance of London in the heart of Bangkok.
Afternoon Tea Anantara x ELEMIS is available at THB 1,950++ per set for two persons, served daily from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm at The Lobby, Anantara Siam Bangkok, from 9 January to 31 March 2026.
