Executive Sous Chef Stefano has designed a multi-course journey that balances the rustic heart of

The evening begins with a vibrant display of homemade cold cuts and Italian-style porchetta, seasoned with aromatic herbs and slow-roasted to golden perfection. For those who crave the sea, our Seafood BBQ brings the freshest catch from Thai waters to the grill, kissed by fire and finished with coastal citrus and a veil of estate-pressed olive oil.
The centerpiece of the meal is our selection of homemade fresh pasta, including:
Tagliatelle Truffle: Silky strands of hand-pulled pasta tossed in a rich, earthy truffle cream.
Tortelli Wild Boar:Delicate parcels filled with tender, slow-braised meat—a nod to the deep forests of the Italian countryside.
Ravioli Duck: A sophisticated blend of savory duck confit encased in thin, buttery dough.
For the main course, guests will delight in Imported Dry-Aged Beef, prepared with the precision Chef Stefano honed during his years as a master butcher. Every bite is a testament to quality, paired beautifully with local Burrata and Scamorza cheeses that offer a creamy, smokey counterpoint to the grilled meats.
