A Taste of the Tropics by the River: Inside Trader Vic’s at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort

Set along the banks of the Chao Phraya River, Trader Vic’s at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort invites guests to discover a vibrant dining experience that blends laid-back al fresco charm with bold, globally inspired flavors. As the legendary birthplace of the iconic Mai Tai, the restaurant continues to celebrate its rich heritage while offering a menu that draws influence from the Pacific Rim, including the West Coast, Asia, Polynesia, and Hawaii.

Guests can indulge in a selection of signature dishes crafted from premium ingredients, from freshly sourced seafood to the restaurant’s standout Hawaiian pork chop. Prepared in Bangkok’s only Chinese wood-fired oven of its kind, the dish delivers a distinctive smoky aroma and depth of flavor that sets it apart.

On Sundays, the experience is elevated with the restaurant’s popular Sunday Brunch, a leisurely riverside affair designed for sharing and indulgence. The extensive spread features everything from seafood on ice and grilled specialties to teppanyaki and sushi selections from Benihana, alongside premium cuts of meat and à la minute dishes prepared at live cooking stations.

Trader Vic’s is open daily from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with Sunday Brunch served from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
