Celebrate the auspicious year ahead with the Fortune Yu Sheng (S$38++, Serves 2 – 4 pax). Available at all Alley on 25 restaurant concepts for dining in, the petite yu sheng is served with shredded abalone for good fortune and is perfect for sharing between small groups of friends and family. Guests may also bask in the joyful atmosphere at Alley on 25 and indulge in a festive six-course menu (S$98++ per person, additional tea pairing available at $18++ per person) at Auntie’s Wok & Steam featuring standout dishes such as the Braised Dong Po Pork Belly, Baby Abalone with Conpoy Sauce and Pan-fried Nian Gao served with Coconut Ice-Cream.

Limited-Edition Chinese New Year Pandan Chiffon Cake

Stand out at celebrations with Andaz Singapore’s limited edition Chinese New Year Chiffon Cakes. The familiar moist Pandan chiffon core has been transformed to contain a citrusy orange mousse that is topped off with a vibrant red glaze and dusted with edible gold. The cakes are be ordered from PANDAN – Andaz Singapore’s very own patisserie, located at Level 2 of Andaz Singapore.
