Welcome in the season of spring, with a tantalising floral-themed afternoon tea. Available from now until 30 April, the Spring Blossom Afternoon Tea offers a splendid selection of elegant sweet and savoury miniatures. Enjoy petite delights alongside your choice of scented floral tea, coffee, cocktail or mocktail.
The afternoon tea features 11 types of chef-crafted delicacies. Exquisite floral sweets featured include Éclair with Raspberry Cream, Double Chocolate Butter Cake, Red Velvet Vanilla Cream Cake, Cactus Macaron, Raw Citrus Waffle Cone, Blueberry, Lavender and White Chocolate Mousse and Traditional British Scone with Rose Jam and Clotted Cream.
Highly recommended is the Blueberry, Lavender and White Chocolate Mousse, with our chef infusing white chocolate mousse with perfumed lavender. Guests will be impressed with the enchanting plumes that emerge, with its pleasing lavender. Another must-try is the Double Chocolate Butter Cake, with soft, fluffy dark chocolate cake resembling a flowerpot. Dessert aficionados will find the Red Velvet Vanilla Cream Cake tempting, its juicy berries and silky vanilla cream both elegant and delicious.
Savoury treats include Smoked Salmon with Guacamole and Quail Egg, Cherry Tomato Sandwich with Pesto Cream Cheese, Foie Gras Mini Burger with Crispy Green Apple and Figs Jam and Warm Zucchini Pie with Bacon. The beautiful floral accompaniments taste as delightful as they look.
The beautiful ‘Spring Blossom Afternoon Tea’ is available at Three on Canton or on Be on Canton’s alfresco terrace, between 3:00pm and 5:00pm daily. Priced at HK$488* for two persons and HK$388* for one person, the afternoon tea also comes with your choice of scented floral tea, coffee, cocktail or mocktail.
